After waiting for 5 hours to get to the finance department I complained again to the management. They told me they were busy. Finally a manager talked to me a promised to get me into finance next and asked me why I was so upset. I told him that after waiting for 5 hours to write them a check was unacceptable and that I could not with a clear head give them 5 stars on the survey. He then told me to leave the dealership and premises. The car was not for sale.
So the Ford survey means more to them than keeping good customers and selling cars. Next time I would tell someone in the same situation to be patient, wait for the survey, then give them all zeros on the survey.
Do not waste your time with Grapevine Ford. The management is full of low forms of life.
