I had been taking my dog to the Petco grooming center for the past year or so, never again. The staff (Brittany) is rude, under educated, very combative, and lazy! Nobody in that store could even give me their exact grooming business hours, including a manager. Staff make it quite clear that customer service is NOT a priority. Horrible job on my dogs nail trim, and made it very clear that I was interrupting her un work related conversation with her co-worker by asking for a nail trim. I will never shop Petco in any manner again, which is to bad because I spend a lot of money at that store.
