AT T has found yet another way to rip off it's customers, when you're in a bind they throw you in the bloody waters of connect tech. My husbands' business is all online through a cysco vpn - all is well until last week when he couldn't log on. "no work - no money". He calls his tech support people based at his company and they tell him it's a provider problem.
When he calls at t they threw him to connect tech, they can solve the problem for an additional 10/mo. After numerous disconnects and different people the price is up to 25 / mo and still no solution. He spent 8 hours on phone with theses people with no specific answers, some real rude people and no solution!
I call At t this am to get answers and to get rid of the monthly charge and was told I needed to speak to the connect tech people directly: there was nothing an AT T supervisor could help me with. On to the connect tech person who informed me in very broken English there would be a fee of 15$ for his time yesterday and another 110 early termination fee. I am so angry at the underhandedness of AT t. Take note don't get ripped off like we did!!!
