I had direct tv for 9 months and when we moved and could not have direct tv where we were living they cancelled us. They never cancelled the work order to move us and charged my credit card 130.00 in Sept. I was assured a million times by different employees that I will be getting my refund in 30days. I have not received my refund and I am still waiting and making my calls. It is oct 22. They even charged me some bogus charge of 104.00 and then said oops that is a mistake let me take that off of there. Dont do business with this company and if you do, do not allow them to have a credit card on file. They will take what they want when they want even if its not theirs to take and you will have to fight to get it back.
