I authorized CLK BANK.com to charge my credit card $49.95 to down load soft ware that would enable me to watch any NFL football game on my computer. Before down loading I had to register with them. The code they gave me to register would not work. A representative named Jennifer then emailed me with another code to enter to register. When I entered the second code and clicked on my Direct Satelitte icon a message appeared saying the application could not be opened because it was damaged or incomplete. I emailed Jennifer this info & requested a refund to my credit card. That was on 9/7 and to date I have not had a reply or refund.
