Direct TV refused to waive cancellation fee of $240.00, plus charged me $90.00 for the month after I cancelled. We moved to an area which does not allow satellite dishes, therefore refused to understand that by waiving the xl feethey could retain a customer who would have spent more than the $240.00, who will be moving again to a "Direct TV" area. They would have also created good will, instead of bad public relations.
