Cheated on the bill - Service

As of september of this year I set up payments with the company. I asked them too take it out of my check for the third of the month. The next thing I know that my cable was being turned off, this was told to me by the guy who came by to check up on whats problems that is was have. I had spoken to a services rep before hand. Later she told me that they employee had put in the wrong numbers on my account. Later talked with a nasty rep who had this you just did not pay your bill, then it went on with the phone call till I went there in person but had to go three times spoke with Jamil Moses he was sure he would set up appointment with there accounts department that never happened. Told me if I came with bank statements and prove that nothing had ever came out of my account that Time Warner would give me an apology and credit my bill. I had also been told they would get back in touch NEVER DID!!! Even though I payed my bill in full I should not had to do so CHEATER. I have they names and time they refused to let me see their wrongs and set up appointments very unhappy.
