Could you please forward my not to management, someone who cares, or whomever handles this internet problem.
I would like to know why I have to unplug and plug and unplug and plug and unplug and plug my router/internet connection daily. I have not received any help from the phone people. I DO NOT WANT ANYONE COMING TO MY HOME.
Can you please tell my why I pay for service that I an not receiving? I constantly CAN NOT GET ON LINE.
