This is a second time happened to me. Verizon don't send me the bill and them next month charge from the last month and current month. I call the first time and the employee said sometimes the month got to close with the next one and that the reason dont send the bill. This time this lady ask me to call the Post Office. I ask her if Verizon can send me a notice at my email that way I can send my bill but Verizon "don't" have this system. A very good system a lot of credit cards and banks have. How this people provide internet and Fios and don't have the worst system regarding on billing? I paid $176.96 a month. I will considered to paid the least cost of what they provide that way I do not care if the send me a bill every two or three months. Maria Griffin
