Atrocious service - Fios TV, internet package

System in nearly 14 months and not working properly, verizon admit unable to fix problem but will not void cancellation fee.

Verizon also put me in collections for someone elses bill, which they then expect me to clear up

Verizon also credited my payments to another bill
