Direct sent me a new reciver because they said my old one was no longer going to be able to recieve a signal. They also told me that i would no longer be responsable for any repairs because i would no longer own the reciever. Then I was told when I had a problem that I would have to pay for a service call. This was not what I was told when I leased the reciever. This is a bad business pratice. I will never recermend Direct TV to anyone again.
