In a nutshell... A number of days of bad to no support, several service calls with various problems, client service doesn't have options simply little breaks and apologies. Said after NPG was purchased out, the problems are because of updates, however the statement doesn't reveal that problem. I'm likely to need to purchase satellite and mobile phone spot to displace my wire and online sites. I might spend more, but atleast it works. Very disappointed.
