I've been a suddenlink client for quite some time have experienced amazing support so far.
I served a relative out by obtaining wire/online sites switched on nicely after about 24 months of support they dropped there work and may not spend there statement. The costs dropped on my consideration,
Suddenlink explained after I established the support up if it actually went overdue it'd not result my support you need to be outstanding etc. Well these were incorrect and thus was i. Collections division approached me explained my support could be switched off if bill went unpaid.[clear]
Nicely i published the organization workplace plus they had nearby general manger contact me to try and solve issue. Well she approached me 2x's. 1st-time to express she was approached my headquarters 2nd time for you to consider problem stated she contact me back... Been about 14 days still waiting and my support disconnected today. ;SO MUCH TO BE A FAITHFUL SPENDING BUYER FOR COUPLE OF YEARS]
I approached local manger by email 3xis stated he consider issue to assist me out... Happening 14 days[without any support today].
I pleaded with him that I'm handicapped and on government help and have him to simply charge-off your debt because of my revenue that I'm a faithful client and spend my statement entirely and promptly for quite some time[BUT NO REPLY]. I actually published there work contact[TINA] but no response...
I told him when they might not assist me by getting off your debt or carrying out a cost plan-it might simply continue my credit history as outstanding plus they might shed quite a long time faithful client and never get me like a potential client because of me lacking support[HOWEVER NO RESPONSE]
Nicely my service is switched off they obtain a $330 plus statement they are able to maintain plus they dropped a dedicated client.

I obtained my web through at&t like i mentioned in my own emails for them now they get my money and loyalty
