Poor service, Poor customer service

I've experienced it with SUDDENLINK!!! For weeks feeling iv had support iv had only issues. Arriving house to no wire when iv paid great income to savor. I contact suddenlink and appears like i obtain the rude workers that behave as when they don't wish to assist. They never get things right. They plan me for anyone to come take a look at my container and its own each day after I need to work. I question them if somebody may come at greater period when im down plus they don't use me. I simply desire to be handled cost! I spend my bill and that i need my support! Easily dont spend my support they'll come quickly to show everything down and get thier gear. Therefore tell me how could it be cost for after I require support to become right I've to hold back and delay nevertheless when support isnt taken care of i get harassing calls, characters, credit reportings and support switched off quickly. Slow service when youre paying and doing correct, but fats support whenever you dont pay and do wrong. Thats messed up. Iv never had this several issues after I was with COMCAST. I'll deliver characters completely as much as the boss and create allow as many folks when I may understand how poor this company is. All I'd like would be to get my moneyis value. If im not obtaining service and its own continuously getting interupted, then i shouldnt need to purchase the support. Why do I've to cover support im not obtaining??? Somebody reply this and ill shut-up!!
