Well just got off the phone after spending another 30 min or so being shifted around from hither and yon. Bottom line, nothing was resolved on an issue over a year old and I stil am being told that there are "conditions " that have to be followed when using the protection plan that I pay a monthly fee for. Is there anyone at DTV who can solve this situation for me??? Service used to be excellant, seems growing up did not benefit DTV, it worsened it!!!
