Someone Please help. Whenever I call or email Sirius Radio they say the problem will be fixed in 3 or 4 days. But I still have the problem and it is April.
Please take note of the numerous times, at least 4 by phone and 3 by email, I have tried to straighten this account out with Sirius.
In December I added two accounts to my original account. This gave me a total of 3 accounts. The last 2 should have been at a discount, $6.99/month, since I already had one account open.
Sirius charged my credit card on Dec 19th TWICE then once again on Dec 20. On Jan 8 when I called about the 3 charges they credited me $142.45.
When I ordered the two additional accounts the price should have been 6.99/month times 2 (for 2 additional accounts), or 167.76 for the year. I was charged 90.54 141.55 105.09=337.18.
When I called about the over charge they credited me 142.45. Now, 337.18-142.45=194.73 THIS IS STILL AN OVERCHARGE!!! Not to mention the fact that I am not getting the service on one of the radios!!!
