I have been a custumer of xm satalite radio since 1996 when i made the choice to NOT renew my subscription i could not cancel when i tryed i was put on hold for hours then hung up on. When i did get through it was to late now i have been sent into collections. Now there is a collection agency calling me and said i need to either pay a fee or renew my subscription with sirius xm satalite radio. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but have herd nothing yet. Sirius xm satalite radio is the worst company i have ever delt with. "is buisiness so bad you need to strong arm your customers back"?
