Trying to contact a clear, English speaking employe of Sirius XM is not only challenging, but downright insulting and useless. Calling by phone usually takes at least 1/2 hr, being put on hold, being shifted from one incompetent person to another, finally getting through to someone in the Phillippines who cannot understand normal English and on and on. I cancelled, not because of the radio station offerings but because I refuse to be involved with a company that is so ignorant of good customer practice and relations.
