Last week, Sirius radio made changes to their channel 146 From the Left format. Among the casualties was the Stephanie Miller show. I sent complaints to Sirus customer service and recieved a response first denying the changes and then dismissing my complaints. Several follow up letters were met with responses indicating how important my feedback was to them but no actual contact with customer service to addess my concerns. Now they will not respond at all. Judging from message boards on various website, I am not alone in being upset about the format change on Sirius 146. However, it is clear that Sirius radio makes decisions without the wishes of it's customer base in mind and then cuts off feedback when it does not conform to what they are doing.
