I spoke with a representative by the name of Ardrey, who
promised to assist=
me with a problem I was having with the AT&T U-verse
and account. I expres=
sed my displeasure in the lack of integrity and
deceptive sales tactic use=
d by the individual, Sheena, who initially sold me a bill
of goods, on this=
service. He promised to forward my complaint to his
supervisor and to E-m=
ail him on or after 7/5, to discuss my bill. I've

as of today, I have not received a response. It is cl=
eare Ardrey is plagued with the least possible form of
integrity, as Sheena=
. I took a chance with AT&T, inspite of negative
past experiences and comp=
laints from family members and friends, with regards for
the AT&T U-verse r=
epresentatives. I am inclined to believe this department is
founded the sam=
e parasitical values as the salesman who sold my aunt a
bridge in Oklahoma.=
Money, liars, decievers, zero moral values, liars,
decievers, and
more money, which is the equivalent to parasites. Your
goal is to appease =
the customers with empty syrupy promises, to temporarily
satisfy their bulg=
ing dissatisfaction with YOU and hopefully they will
forget. I do not beli=
eve one repesentative, with your department know the first
letter to integr=
ity, sincerity nor trustworthy. You wanted my survey? Well

has been my experience with Customer Service Repsentatives
