Hands down the worst company and customer service that I have ever dealt with. I had my new ATT service installed on 7/27 (after my first appointment was scheduled for 7/23, but taken away from me with no reason) 5 hours after installation, my service was shut off. Today is 8/3, and I'm still trying to get service turned back on. No one is able to give me any answers. Or willing to help me. Spoke to a supervisor. And she offered to cancel my service so I can go back to my old cable provider. That was great advice from ATT
