The worst Customer Service Rep - Uverse TV & Internet

I spoke with a representative by the name of Ardrey, who promised to assist me with a problem I was having with the AT&T U-verse and account. I expressed my displeasure in the lack of integrity and deceptive sales tactic used by the individual, Sheena, who initially sold me a bill of lousy goods, on this service. He promised to forward my complaint to his supervisor and to E-mail him on or after 7/5, to discuss my bill. I've E-mailed him two days, at [email protected], and as of today, I have not received a response. It is clear Ardrey is plagued with the least possible form of integrity, as Sheena. I took a chance with AT&T, inspite of negative past experiences and complaints from family members and friends, with regards for the AT&T U-verse representatives. I am inclined to believe this department is founded the same parasitical values as the salesman who sold my aunt a bridge in Oklahoma. Money, liars, decievers, zero moral values, liars, decievers, and more money, which is the equivalent to parasites. Your goal is to appease the customers with empty syrupy promises, to temporarily satisfy their bulging dissatisfaction with YOU and hopefully they will forget. I do not believe one repesentative, with your department know the first letter to integrity, sincerity nor trustworthy. You wanted my survey? Well you got it.
