After having such horrible experiences with other companies, disconnecting from Comcast was a sigh of relief. The associate was friendly and didn't try to harass me into staying with the company. He disconnected my service while I was on the phone. It was not only no charge to me, but I got a credit for the rest of the days in the month that I wasn't using the service. He looked up the address for me to return the modem I was renting and it was as easy as that. I never had a problem with the product and am now sad that I couldn't take it with me with my move.
