Some of my favorite channels are the Food network, HGTV, and other such channels. Come to find out they are missing from our menu today. Apparently, at&t dropped the networks because they can't agree on terms??? How about the customer? Is it going to be reinstated? Do we get a refund because we are not getting all the channels we are paying for? You are currently advertising these channels in your package bundles, this is false advertising! They are not available. If this does not resolve in a day or two. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
