I have been stressed out about Windstream & the treatment I had received from them & so I wrote a complaint. Yesterday I called the company & talked to a very nice refined young woman by the name of Careen who totatlly agreed with me. She was in no hurry to get me off of the phone but talked with me as long as I wanted to talk. She repeatedly apologized for the way I had been treated & said that she would turn this complaint over to her supervisor. Careen then adjusted my bill very nicely for the days lost in service. She then gave me her e mail address so I could send her the complaint that I had written so that she could forward it to her supervisor.
Before we hung up I thanked Careen for her understanding & patience. When we hunge up I felt much better for having written the complaint & for talking to Careen. But, then about 10 minutes later my phone rung & to my surprise it was Careen telling me that she had received my e mail complaint & it would be turned over to the proper supervisors. Now, could anyone ask for more than this?
Now, this is to WINDSTREAM COMMUNICATIONS. Thank you for having such a nice young woman on your staff. She is very much a professional who is friendly & helpful to the public. She is a PLUS to your company & I am grateful that I got to talk with her because not only did she help the situation, she helped my feelings as well.
