A few weeks ago Windstream had a crisis with long distance calling and my service was out for 3 days. This weekend it was out so far for 2 days. I cannot get into my online account and when I chatted with a live agent, she/he was rude and curt with me. All the phones in this area are down so it's not just mine. I plan to cancel my account with Windstream because of insufficient service and not being able to receive support.
