Upset with Windstream

I am still so upset I don't know where to begin. I'll start at the begining. I was so proud to be back with windstream after I made the mistake of leaving them but now I'm not so sure I made a good choice. Last Friday 7/16 my computer had a message on it that I did not understand & I noticed that the modem box lights were blinking & I lost my phone service. There was nothing I could do but wait & finanly my phone came back on but had a lot of hard static on it. Then my computer came on so I e mailed a friend to call Windstream for me which she did & got NO help at all from the 24/7 tech help line. So, I called & through all the static I was finanly connected to a man from tech help & I explained to him the problems I was having. I was trying very hard to hear & understand what he was trying to tell me & he got very impatient with me & YELLED at me. This shocked me to say the least. I have NEVER been talked rudely to & yelled at by someone that I was trying to get help from before. So, I told him that it was evident that we could not communicate & would he PLEASE let me talk to someone else. He refused & said that he would help me. Later, I don't know what he did but my computer came back on & the phone lost its static, so he told me that the problem had been fixed. I thanked him & told him to have a good evening & hung up. I hope they have a recording of that conversation. About 5 minutes later, the phone died again, the computer quit again & the lights went off of the modem box again. So, as a matter of speaking, I have been without my phone & internet service for almost 3 days. This morning (Monday) I tried to use my phone at 8:00 & I STILL had no service but at 10:00 I did & so I called Windstream to tell them what had happened Friday because I am still upset over being treated the way I was treated & think it should be reported. I ask for the supervisor & the nice young man told me that he was in a meeting & that he would have him to call me by 5:00. While I had this person on the phone I told him about my service being off & he told me that there had been some lines down in the area & that they had been working on them. Now, why couldn't they have told me all of this long before now & saved us all this trouble? It is now 6:30 & I haven't gotten a call from Windstream yet. I am begining to think that a big company such as Windstream has begun to look down on us "little people" but they need to remember it is the little people that made them big in the first place. I have been checking around & it seems like Windstream has the area I live in all sewed up & right now I have NO other choice but to stay with them or do without.
