Don't trust DirecTV. Everytime I have called in with a question or concern they have given me the run arround. I had called to get service in another room in my house and they charged me $50.00 to my credit card my bill came out and as I was reviewing my bill statement I was charged for the same $50 and to get a credit for the overage charge was so hard, the customer service reps they have working have no clue! They are extremely rude!!! My last call to them was to request an extension on my payment the rep was not as bad as the rest she told me your extension is approved. I wake up this morning with my cable disconnected I call in and the rep tells me yeah I see when you called and that the extension was approved but it was never applied to your account. So now I have to be with out cable for someone elses fault and not doing their job!!! They are the worst ever!!! Do not get directv service you will regret it!!!
