When I turned on my computer this AM I had no Internet connection. After calling the 800-990-4449 no. Several times&getting no answer I called the repair service line. The young lady there connected me with Allen Wicker. He not only was very polite & nice he got me back on the Internet in short order. As I am a 76 year old computer dummy I really apreciate the kindness he showed while solving my problem. Thanks again Allen.
