One of there operator's spoke to me on the phone in reference to pay a sign up fee for my friend who sign up for dish net work, when i spoke to him he said that it was a 49.95 dollar fee for her to get dish net work and she didnt have her creidt card on her so when i spoke to him i told him i was only authorizeing him to only charge my account the 49.95 he said ok that was all he was charging to my credit card after we hung up i called my bank to check my balance not only did he take the 49.95 he also charge 124.73 to my account causing my account to have an over draft fee totaling 65.35 i only had 150.00 in my account i had two pending transaction thats why i made it clear to him not to charge anything but the 49.95. I spoke to dish net work about what happen they said they would only refund the 124.73 but i need to contact infinity dish for the over draft fee they shouldnt have taken anything else out of my account with out my permission. Christeen said to fax her my over draft info and they will refund me but every time i call to find out what was going on all i get is the runaround no refund or apologies.
