On May 10th noticed a withdrawal from my bank account from Dish network and when I called they said they had no info since pending. I call my bank they told me that Dish did have the info and if I waited untill it cleared then I can File fraud. Well come today it cleared and I called Dish and they kept saying we will not refund you anymoney untill you send us a copy of your bank statement with your account number and I refused and did get them to admit that the charge came from them for a DISH employee activated account for someone inTexas and I live in Syracuse NY so I went to the bank filed all paperwork and the bank then tells me that the name did not even match for my account and Dish was warned By BOA about this 6 weeks ago and the bank is refunding all money and they also gave me all contact info for Atty Gen's office for NY CO and TX and then IVAN Dish Operator 006 said they will fight the charge back because they can and I did tell him I was recording the call and he yelled FU*YOU at me and hung up. Do not let Dish network rip you off fight them through your bank ASAP. We need to get them shut down for accepting CC or Debit card payment and only be allowed to accept Checks or momey orders only
