Cable has been out on most channels for over a week. Called to get a person to come fix it had to wait for three days. The tech comes out and is gone in max 5 mins... Says he doesn't have the right equitment to fix... Was given work order on what was going on and seemed like he didn't want to do it seemed he wanted to go home... What good is sending out a tech that has no tools? I am so fed up with there service or lack there of
