I've always had comcast since I lived in PA, and moved to CA and now I'm at Maryland and I have to say if I could never use comcast again I would, but I need 25mb speeds... I've waited over 40 days to get my internet installed and had 9 techs come and go all doing nothing but give me the same bull sit "we don't have the tools I'll send a POST wire guy out" and they don't. The one time they did he didn't know where the box was. He didn't look hard because I found it on the side of the building. They sent out another tech who didn't even bother to show up, and the last post guy didn't show up either because "They ran into problems at their current location and couldn't make it" but don't bother calling me and letting me know, don't take the effort to have him come the next day, I"LL JUST WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR NOONE TO SHOW UP AGAIN AND WASTE MY ENTIRE DAY WAITING! Again! For the 9th time! I've only had ONE tech ever show anykind of knowledge or professionalism and actually helped in anyway. I'm Glad I'm paying for this service.
