I canceled my FIOS on Nov 3 and had a confirmation # text to me for proof of cancellation. There technician came in and supposedly disconnected me. I never used the phone service and never disconnected the actual phone, 9 months have passed and I got a bill for $1300 for service that was never authorized, when I called they said yes, we see you canceled, but there isn't anything they can do about it. Then they called back and told me they will shave #50 off the bill and that I made long distance calls to Guatemala in Nov {after the shut off date} and in December, I told them to look at all the history, I am American, have no family there and have never been there or associate with any people from there.
Now they want me to pay $950, I just can't believe this, how does this company get away with this bullshit!!!
