Never, never sign up for a bundled service agreement for Verizon Fios phone or TV or Internet. They will NOT honor the commitment, raising your rates again and again and again until you try to cancel all service with them. That is when the fun begins — they make it virtually impossible to cancel or quit. When you get Time-Warner (or some other good company) to take over your service, Verizon will continue to bill you for their Fios service even in spite of the fact that you have cut all Fios lines and disconnected the routers/modems... Everything. Makes no difference... Verizon will continue to bill you and then threaten you will collection procedures when they do not get their fraudulent bills paid.
If anyone wants to get a class action going against Verizon Communications, COUNT ME IN!
