Poor service, bad reception, misleading charges and fees

We were hardly ever really pleased with Strong TV but using what options you will find, it had been the lesser of evils. We initially requested Immediate Television in Nov. Of 2007 having a 2-year agreement.in August our primary recipient, HD/DVR quit functioning. I named and after 1/2 time of attempting this which, they stated it'd have to be changed. They delivered out another recipient in my experience and that I hooked it-up and everything was good. Well, back again to regular I ought to state - signal-strength still drawn.

We recently acquired ATT Uverse within our region so i named them-and discovered I could easily get exactly the same offer I am receiving with Strong TV at $20 less monthly. And so I named Direct TV to stop - my commitment must have been up in Nov. 2009. I had been educated that - UNDERSTAND THIS - since I have needed an upgraded radio mounted (by me, not them) it INSTANTLY restored my two-year membership!!! Are you kidding me? Therefore today I'm possibly caught with Strong TV until June OR I've to pay for $499 in termination costs! I didnt sign another two-year contract, didnt accept another contract, they didnt INFORM me I'd be caught in another contract after I named concerning the new recipient ANYTIME whatsoever, however the CSR explained the unique contract mentioned when I'd to displace broken gear (that they supplied at no cost - because they MUST!) it'd renew my contract. Exactly what a weight of garbage! Direct Television is about hidden costs, and fooling their clients into remaining by deviant small manuevers such as this. It's possibly the ONLY means they're ready to maintain any clients.

Only A notice to anybody considering them! I'd NOT register together! Watch for ATT Uverse - there's no agreement, no installation costs (Direct TV billed me $225!!!) and their services instantly contains HD and DVR - no hidden costs! I'm really considering rescheduling my Primary TV anyhow and battling them in court. SOMEBODY must operate for that customers privileges!
