I am the same as everybody below who've positioned a problem about DIRECTV. I have encounter inadequate customer. My partner and that I recently put an order for DIRECTV support on June 28, as a result of friend mentioning people. We got the offer bundle they were providing for $39.00 for 12 months, t/HBO, STARZ, and ENCORE for 3 months free along with a $21.00 refund (which may be $21.00 off my statement for that next 12 months). Which means this must complete a credit of $31.00 off my statement every month, and so I imagined.

Well here comes the very first issue, we was not informed at that time we put the purchase that people have to provide the bill number or even to contact another quantity to put the purchase for that Send A Buddy credit of $100. Oo (which is $10.00 off my statement for that next 10 weeks). The woman at that time extended to consider our purchase after requesting us how did we notice concerning the support and we informed her that the friend known us, she never stated that credit or even the that people had a need to contact another quantity.

I called DIRECTV, and requested why my Send A Buddy credit wasn't turning up on my consideration and just why merely a partical of my refund is turning up like a credit of $5.00. They mentioned that I had a need to contact the refund department to consult with them about my breaks, I named the 866# a third-time and actually I believe I had been talking to exactly the same man that I talked with before, since he offered me exactly the same solution, "there is nothing they might do about this, which I had been designed to have provided my buddy bill number at that time of the purchase". I subsequently questioned him about exactly why is it that just $5.00 of my refund is turning up, then would go to inform me that I'd need to contact another refund department for that info. I subsequently questioned him to have a look in the notes on my bill in the last repetition who mentioned that she needed care of the problem, he mentioned that he browse the records, but he is unsure why she explained that she might repair the issue since there is nothing that would be completed following the purchase is triggered. Then he would go to inform me he might advance my problem to some greater department and that I must notice anything in 10-14 business days, I told him which was unexceptable which I simply wished to stop my support which there customer support sucks and they have to draw that commercial about them having exemplary customer support simply because they do not, they're mean plus they tell lies.
