This really is a! DON'T COPE WITH QWEST ACTUALLY!

I was gonna canceled Qwest telephone & DSL in Feb. After I moved. Therefore, I called Qwest. The Client Support was good and stated that I qualified to possess 12 months DSL free with simply Fundamental telephone support and that I can ended after 12 weeks. I got the lure and decided it. First telephone bill arrived, Qwest billed me $ 45.00 for DSL. Normally, I named and questioned why I am billed. The woman was good and stated it'd consider pair payment cycles to trigger. I mentioned okay and questioned about Directv. It appears as though much. Therefore, I acquired Directv via Qwest. Next Statement, The DSL cost is 45.00 again and complete costs on Directv! I had been furious and named Qwest again! Once more, Qwest described that DSL discount wouldn't start working after pair payment cycles and also the directv refund might consider atleast 14 days. Okay. The 3Rd Statement, remember a few months have handed, DSL cost is $55.00. I had been mad and named Qwest. Understand this, the client support stated the marketing was never placed on since I never closed onto the two decades contract. I questioned WHY was I never informed concerning the CONTRACT & WHY no body explained each time I named Qwest to solve the payment issue? The boss stated perhaps somebody was fresh at work. Why, after a few months, am I been informed? I had been so pissed. I settled all my statement & ended any providers with Qwest. I got so angry that I am gonna create EVERYBODY and inform EVERYBODY about that bullshit!!
