TV needs fixing/workers have bad customer service

I named the RCA shop @ Forest Park to knowledgeable Mr. Kevin Sapp about my Television on June 2. My Television don't seriously or react to the switches. Mr. Sapp said he'll contact me back again to examine about selecting it up. Mr. Sapp never called me back, I'd to visit the shop to be able to get his interest. It's today July 20th & I my Television continues to be not mounted. He calls and harrases me about spending tghe bill, but can't-get to my home to obtain my solutions achieved. I have been a respected client since March. Mr. Sapp shop poor customer support. He doesnt understand how to speak with people. I truly wish to pay-off my material and start to become end withit although not if its damaged. It appears as though no body may hear and somebody must do something positive about him. All of the great people got dismissed however they did an excellent work. I don't tell my buddies about this shop @ all.
