I simply had probably the most uncomfortable experience. My partner & I purchased our 9-year old child a 32-inch Toshiba TELEVISION from Bestbuy for Holiday. We introduced it house also it lay within the container for some times before my spouse had time for you to set it-up. He got it from the container and place the bottom onto it and blocked it in. It did not work. He named Toshiba and described the issue plus they stated no concerns simply take it back again to Bestbuy - They've A30-time return policy and we're able to simply obtain a new one. We bought it on Dec. 13 and required it from the container on Dec. 21 whenever we discovered it did not work correctly. And delivered to Bestbuy today (December. 22). They looked over the Television and stated "EFFECT INJURY - We're not trading it!"... We described that people just required it from the container and blocked it in. The man simply kept saying we ruined it. We requested to talk to 2 additional supervisors and nobody within the shop might assist us out. I'venot been this upset in quite a long time or have I been handled so poorly in a shop. We invested over $430 with this Television and also havenot actually had the opportunity to utilize it. My spouse is likely to be getting Bestbuy to Small Claims Court. But whatever happened to CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They handled us like we were liars and looking to get away with anything.
