Phone DirecTv, they place in a mail to identical superisor to call me inside the time... 3 hours later NO TELEPHONE CALL.organization is just a total laugh, really unprofessional, specialist had a "I actually donot care perspective"... Do not cope with these jerks inform DirecTv to send another person...
