Well how to start... I recently shifted home to my mothers home and we were Directv clients about 6-7 years ago. I am a large Soccer lover and I require HD... I obtained a notice within the email how Directv desired us to be always a client again... Our mother is lately a DishNetwork Client and thus was I after I Existed in My Own Condo... I got the notice and study it and chose to provide them with a go and obtain another Meal mounted and so I may have my own personal Bill. And so I did... They got out 3 nights later and Mounted the Meal while I had been at the office and my grandmother was house which nevertheless she was good enough to become thier once the Specialist / Technology came. I informed Directv before THAT NOT CONTACT another Satellite Meal and Use A distinct one... Well The Technology was Evidently in a rush and unhooked the Dish Network Meal and Employed the contacts from Dish community went about 24 months before whenever we got Meal community Mounted to create it a simple 30-min work and obtain on his way. Little did he realize that one recipient went all 4 tvs in my own home... I obtain a phone at the office from my mother stating her Television, my grandmas and quarry wasn't employed in our areas... However the directv in family room was good... He got along the Meal Systems meal and simply quit it disconnected about the roof. I really couldnot think what i noticed after I appeared within the attic. It was a Friday after I got this Installed. And so I called DTV Also It wasn't a Large Deal informed them to simply come repair it back again to regular so Our Mother and Grandmother might have Television inside areas... Not a problem we shall deliver somebody on Friday. Cool. Weekend one Television Boys are on Be set Mon right?! Incorrect!!! Didnt appear Monday. Named Wednesday *Tech responded I'll be their at 8pm* NO! Attempted to contact that Wednesday evening and his Telephone was down! Today im Upset. Named again plus they apologized and Ensured It'll be Set on Wednesday. NO! Never turned up Friday NO!!! Friday 7 days later he comes and Our Mother is pissed and allow the Technology understand when he Came Their IsN't Any requirement for Him anymore. Dish community was being released to Reconnect the support my mother was Spending Money On that DTV Disconnected... Is not that Illegitimate? Oh yes! Our mother asked when the Meal community Technology might consider their meal along and He Explained * No Mam we're prohibited to the Touch another rivals Service* Poor People man needed to re-run all of the cables to obtain all of the Areas back-up and Operating required him from 8am to 11 30am to Repair DTV issue... Today i spoke to DTV and informed them in the future get thier Meal I actually donot need their service anymore its just been per week with BAD customer support... Never Obtained a container to Come Back the recipient plus they don't come pick it up. They Billed me $1,094.78 to my ATM card without any Kind Of Caution!!! For no Cause whatsoever... Today they don't return my Cash also it ALL is likely to be comming in my bill!!! They'll get whats comming for them! I dont reccomend directv at-all! No Client Satisfaction What-So actually! Ten years Great Service My A*!!!
