We went withe Directv for satellite company put up everytheing and planned thee installment. We received a period for installment 8:00 am-12:00pm on August 30th. We were up and ready from 8:00 and waited patiently till 10:45 am before calling. After I named I had been informed the specialist was on-site nicely I strolled towards the doorway as my spouse was about the patio smoking and requested did he begin to see the DirecTV vehicle or anybody available he explained no and arrived in the home. Subsequently was informed from the customer support individual theat when the specialist didn't display withein 20 minute. I'd be obtaining a return telephone call. Therefore within 10 minute. I acquired another phone and was informed the specialist have been below and quit since we weren't house. NOONE ever bumped or found our doorway! Today they tell me a boss will-call me within an hour. Therefore today I delay on the boss to contact me. The specialist lied about being below or actually arriving hereandnow my support is delayed a later date as a result of this. While requesting a time the specialist stated he was in some places was no records providing the full time.
