I ordered Direct TV and took time off work to wait for the install

I requested Direct TV and required time-off function to hold back for that mount. Three hours later than planned and four telephone calls after I had been designed to have an specialist, no body named me back or turned up. The reps about the telephone just find a way to "e-mail" the installation business. They are able to not offer you their telephone numbers or let you know who to consult with. Three nights later, my charge card continues to be billed for that total quantity of the deploy and regular costs, with no installation with no solutions. I'm so ashamed!
