I work for directv in the technical support department. I admit we have some problems. But who doesn't. I get calls all day from people with simple problems. And usally a few simple trouble shooting steps will resolve the issue. But our customers don't want to hear that. We really do care about our customers and thier issues and do pur best to meet your needs. When you call screaming and cussing that one of your 7 tv's is out it's just not right. Were just people. I'm not the head of directv. I'm just some guy in a little cubilce in a call center. I'm just trying to do my job. If you have 7 tv's and only one isn't working don't freak out on the poor guy or gal on the phone just go watch one of your other tv's. I make not that much to spend 10 hours a day on the phone to take your calls and listen to you yell at me, I don't control the dates for service calls, i don't control your bill, and i didn't personaly come out and break your satellite dish. So don't take it personaly with me. So in conclusion take it easy on the little guy were just here to help. We don't come to your job and screm at you. When you call in think about how you would feel if you were on the other end of line listening to you scream.
