DVR Never Delivered, Receiver Never Worked, New Contract Pushed

I ordered service with a DVR to record programs. I never got the DVR, and one of the standard receivers has never worked.

When I call to get these problems fixed, they try to sign me up for an additional two-year commitment and tell me they are saving me money! I will never deal with this company again. Avoid them!!!
