These people are ridiculous! It has taken about 10-15 phone calls over a 3 week period (and still counting) to try and get my TV repaired. It seems this is one of Best Buy's repair companies for electronics in the DC area. The problem is they don't answer the phones. And they always need to check with someone and call you back.
I suggest boycotting this company in the event you are considering using them (for anything). Businesess like this are the prime example of how not to run a business.
