Scam and cheating!

A number of things occurred using the customer support from DirecTV, but my primary disappointment was whenever we returned our HD Recipient in DirecTV prepaid FedEx container after which 3 months later we obtained a statement for $498.20 ~ declaring the obtain was not delivered. THANK GOD we held our FedEx delivery tag, other smart whenever we named them we'dnot have now been ready to inform them the following range in order for them to discover where we did deliver it back... YES! They'd NO REPORT of the being delivered back. We'd to inform them the following range, your day it had been obtained as well as the individual that closed for this ~ they'd none of the data. Then when calling them-they informed us that it'd consider 10-14 times for all of US to determine a go back on our Amex (our account is established on auto-billing), then my partner informed them that 10-14 times is not adequate, therefore a boss (Leann, logo # 0193729) got about the point and informed him that it'd consider 72 hours and we'd possess a credit on our consideration... NO ~ below it's per week later no credit. I simply got of the telephone with Immediate and after being on-hold for one hour and being used in 4 various people, NO QUALITY!!! They explained 10-14 times before I get my $498.20. Fundamentally they've taken $498.20 from my spouse and me and therefore are keeping it till they feel just like they would like to provide it back. Today everything is sensible why everybody hates DirecTV...
