Terrible Customer Service

I woke up one day to locate my recipient might no further switch on. I called DirecTv and planned the first appt to get a technology with was 3 nights afterwards Friday, August 5 from 4-8pm. I'd to possess my partner organize to depart work early so someone could be thereby 4:00pm. I obtained a phone in the technology at 3:45 pm and he explained somebody could be over possibly inside the timeapproximately. I never heard back from anyone and that I named him back at 8:05 pm simply to abandon a note and not notice from him again. I subsequently called DirecTv and talked to Cindy and informed her the problem. After detailing it to her she subsequently set me on-hold another 18 units! While she ultimately delivered she stated a technology could be contacting me within 20 minutes. I inquired what do I actually do when nobobdy calls within the 20 minutes and he or she again established that she'd assure somebody will-call within 20 minutes. Obviously, nobody named.

The next day I had been rudely awakened at 7: forty am on my only Sunday down having a phone from Abby from DirecTv simply to inform me somebody is likely to be calling me in 20 units again! I did't get a phone until 3:10 pm. The technology eventually reached 6:00 pm to set up the brand new recipient. It got him 6 1/2 hours to accomplish that one point! He was at my home until 12:30 during the night!

I've never been handled this poor or heard about this sort of support.
