Simply got off telephone with Directv after eliminating their support, they delivered one Fedex container to come back a DVR receiver an another regular radio. Equally wouldn't squeeze into the container, and so I stuffed the DVR radio and organized collection, subsequently named 1800Directv; their customer support consultant had me open the card flap and browse the RID # to him, subsequently mentioned it's to not be delivered. Viewing the document they surrounded within the Fedex container, indicating the devices should be delivered within seven days or I'm going to be billed $470 (required 3 times simply to appear on our patio to start with!)—I then questioned when they might deliver mean email or notice confirming it did not need to be delivered—repeatedly got cannot do this.

Named their Customer Advocacy Group at 866-785-5537, talked with "Milana" about their CSR showing me the regular recipient wasn't to be returned, but declined to supply any proven conversation, therefore easilyam be charged $470 for anything I was informed to not return, I've some paperwork that it had been to not be returned.

She explained that both DVR radio along with other recipient are rented therefore equally have to be delivered, simply spot equally within the container and deliver them back—advised her the container they delivered is just large enough for just one of the devices (i.E. As loaded per enclosed instructions). After I informed her what their prior CSR explained about this lacking to be delivered, again she stressed equally needed to be returned and required to verify my tackle to delivered another container; I questioned her to deliver a confirming mail, which she declined and stated they mightnot. Then I requested she advance this and she mentioned there is noone else to advance it to, she is a "boss", and mentioned she couldnot advance this more, and couldnot deliver any mail as proven conversation; I informed her their CSR explained the precise reverse of what she's today informing me and that I do not desire to be accountable for $470 because of their error.

My spouse then got about the telephone together with her, established our tackle and use it the audio when "Milana" today informed her that it did not need to be delivered, simply the DVR device. My spouse subsequently requested the "boss" if she'd deliver a contact to verify a return container was only currently being delivered to our house for this recipient, "Milana" mentioned she could not.

While my spouse subsequently requested "Milana" to recognize himself, she was informed "Milana #R8762 President's office", and informed "Milana" given that they could not deliver something to confirm this, then my spouse is going to do what he's to complete.
